The SNMC Agra has several infrastructural facilities that provide the best ambiance for the students' academic and personal growth. The following are some of the facilities available at the institution:

• Hostels: The college has several hostels for boys and girls. There are separate hostels for undergraduate and postgraduate students. There are three undergraduate hostels among which two are for boys and one is for the girls. There are two postgraduate hostels, one is for boys and one for girls. There are two sharing rooms in the hostels which are equipped with all the essential furniture and facilities. There is a hostel mess that serves hygienic vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Apart from these, there are common rooms, dining areas, indoor game facilities etc.
• Cyber Cafe: There is a cyber cafe located in the central library building that has high-speed internet. The students can access internet facility here for academic or personal use. They need to become a member of the cyber cafe with nominal fees to access the facility.
• Canteen: There is a college canteen with Nescafe stall that is accessible for the teachers and students. It is available for day students and hostellers and provides a variety of food at nominal rates.
• Lecture Theatre: The lecture theatres are equipped with audio and visual amenities that ensure the students can hear and assess the lectures clearly. There are five such lecture theatres and two of them are air-conditioned. The LT-1 which has a seating capacity of 418 people also doubles as an auditorium and is often used for cultural programs as well.
• Library: The central library has 16304 books, 292 medical journals, and various e-resources available for the students and teachers. The library automation has been introduced and in progress at present. Also, the library has facilities for reprography.
• Laboratories: The institution has several laboratories which are crucial to provide hands-on training to the students through practical classes. Every department has state-of-the-art relevant labs that are equipped with essential instruments.
