The College has a dedicated team which is working as a Placement Cell to facilitate employment opportunities to the students. Career counselling sessions are conducted to encourage the confidence of the students. The Cell connects with various reputed hospitals at national and international level to conduct campus placement.

Dasmesh College of Physiotherapy is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities. The lecture halls at the campus are air-conditioned and have audio-visual facilities.

• Library: In the campus, a library with a number of study resources & material is available.
• Laboratories: All laboratories in the college are set up with adequate equipment and tools to provide practical learning to the students. The labs are:

• Auditorium: The campus houses an auditorium which is named as “Capt. (Dr.) Puran Singh Auditorium”. It has all required facilities that are used to host event and programs.
• Hostel: In the campus, boys and girls are provided with separate hostels. Fully furnished rooms are allotted to students on single and double occupancy basis according to their requirements. The hostels have amenities like 24/7 water & power supply, common rooms, ATM, medical facilities, etc. A central mess with dining facilities is available to serve wholesome and nutritious food to the hostellers.
• Sports: The College has a sports ground to practise various games. Moreover, there is a gymnasium for boys and girls.
