Vaagdevi College of Pharmacy has a dedicated Placement cum - Career Guidance Cell for the welfare of the students. The Cell organises Placement drives for students to enhance their chances of employability. 

Some of the companies that visit the college for hiring students are Natco Pharma, Apollo, Axis Clinicals, Cadila Pharma, Hetero, Leiutis, Mylan, Edelweiss Publications, etc.

Vaagdevi College of Pharmacy is built in approximately 2.5 acres of land and has top-notch infrastructure. It provides modern facilities such as CCTV surveillance, classrooms equipped with digital tools like projector, etc. Additionally, 24x7 power backup and Wi-Fi facility in the campus are available.

Other facilities offered to the students include:

• Library: The College has a Central Library and departmental libraries as well which are equipped with digital tools and resources such as NewGenLib, NPTEL, Shodhganga, e-ShodhSindhu and DELNET. The Central library is constantly monitored and updated by the Library community. It has various physical resources including books, journals, e- journals, etc. Moreover, more than 100 computer systems are installed with a good amount of seating capacity.

• Laboratories: Well equipped laboratory facilities are provided to students with Wi-Fi and 200+ computers for multiple departments’ usage. There is a dedicated Computer Centre available.
• Auditorium: The auditorium of Vaagdevi College of Pharmacy has enough seating capacity of around 150 students. Many seminars, conferences, and other activities are conducted here. The auditorium has modern facilities such as a projector and good internet connection.
• Seminar Hall: The college has two seminar halls with ultra-modern facilities such as LCD, Audio-Visual system and public address system with seating capacity of 150 and 50.
• Sports: The college provides students with the facilities of both indoor and outdoor games such as Cricket, Throw Ball, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Carrom, Chess, Badminton and Table Tennis.
• Other Facilities: Gymnasium, Hostel, Canteen, Medical Room, Yoga Center, Medicinal Garden, Animal House, etc.
