The educational institution offers course of Bachelor of Pharmacy. It is a course spanning over a period of 4 years. The undergraduate degree not only gives the students a complete insight into the field of pharmacy but makes them expert in it. To become eligible, the candidate must have cleared the 10+2 examination, with Chemistry and Physics as compulsory subjects, along with an additional subject from Mathematics, Biology, and Biotechnology. It is mandatory to have obtained at least 45% marks in the aforementioned subjects, and 40% for candidates of reserved categories.
To get admission, the candidate has to give an entrance exam called as RCA – Pharmacy. The exam is conducted every year around May-June, by the reputed Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur. RPET – Pharmacy exam too is valid for admission in this course.
It must be kept in mind that 15% of seats are reserved for direct admission under the management quota. If the candidate fulfils the conditions of minimum eligibility, they can contact the director along with all the documents. It is upon the discretion of the management board whether to give admission or not.
To get lateral admission in the course Bachelor of Pharmacy, the candidate must be eligible. The students who have cleared the Diploma in Pharmacy can seek admission in this course. The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for general category, and 45% for reserved categories. The diploma must only be from an institution that is approved by AICTE or PCI.
During the first year, 10% of the sanctioned intake is reserved for lateral entry. The lateral admission during the second year of Bachelor of Pharmacy is made as per the guidelines issued by the Central Admission Authority or the State Government.
