In the year 2024 Students of Samskruti College of Pharmacy, Hyderabad got direct campus placements in top companies like Infosys, HCL Technologies, Google, United Health Group, GVK and more.
The placement cell furnishes full-fledged assistance to students for helping them sail through job interviews. Additionally, the cell organizes internships in research institutions and pharmaceutical industries apart from making arrangements for implant training. Since the establishment of the department, nearly 75% of students in the final year of their studies have landed jobs in reputed companies.
Some recognized firms that have recruited students from SCP include Sun Pharmaceuticals, Lupin Ltd, Cipla, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. All students receive pre-placement training that enables them to develop their personal and professional skills, which render them thoroughly employable. Candidates who’ve made it to the final year of their respective course attend career awareness programs, and higher education mentorship sessions.
These students also appear for mock interviews, group discussions, and simulated aptitude tests, enabling them to excel in campus placement. The training and placement cell also makes arrangements for guest lectures by industry stalwarts, industrial visits, and in-plant course work. Three students, D. Raju, T. Raju Raghu, and M. Manisha, have bagged jobs with an annual CTC of Rs. 2,64,000 which remains the highest salary figure till date.
