MDI Gurgaon Placements: Average & Highest Package 2024

The 1st thing that anyone would take note of is the ROI. Is 16 lakhs worth it? This was the same question that ran on my mind for the most part of my time at MDI. All my questions were answered after the 3rd semester when I had the offer letter in my hand. 2020 was the year in which we saw a lot of up and down. The markets were at 52 weeks low in March and at a new life high by October. Amid all the chaos one thing that remained intact was our job. We got placed in December 2019 after the internships. MDI will ensure that you go to an organization that is ready to pay you a fat salary. Marketing students were in more demand than the students of other branches. Placements are not a college entity as students have to put their best efforts during the interview. One best thing about MDI is that they have always remained transparent. In our batch of 2017-19, they did inflate up the average package as around 30 students had international payment and the college converted USD into INR. So, the average package looked like 16-17 LPA. The domestic average package was also no less than 10 LPA. Those who grabbed a job below can blame themselves as we were helped for placements by many corporate talks, placement programs, and live projects. Talking exclusively about our batch, the Finance students were hired directly for front end roles. The company profiles that visit for placement is huge and some of the prominent names include HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Nomura, Langham Capital, RBL, Barclays, and American Express. MDI Gurgaon Average Package of our batch was 16 LPA and highest number might surprise you because Nomura and Goldman Sachs hired few students to look after their international investments at a price of around 50 LPA. The salary figures are disclosed once the full placements are done and in the two years, I was there MDI Gurgaon Placements were more or less, 100%.
