A Placement Committee of RR College of Pharmacy looks after providing best possible placement opportunities to its students via an active Placement Cell. Placement training is given to all the students where they are also placed for internships in reputed firms. An Entrepreneurship and Development Cell in the organisation looks after improving the employability skills of the individuals as well as shaping them towards becoming self-employed. Career Counseling Cell guides the students in selecting their domain in the industry practically.
The college also conducts various certificate programs to enhance the employability, entrepreneurship, and soft skills of the students. A job fair is organised every year where reputed pharmaceutical companies recruit students from the college. Apollo Pharmacy, Medlife, Micro Labs, CMC Pharmacy, Himalaya, Mother Care Hospital, etc are some of the companies where the students of this college are recruited.

RR College of Pharmacy was established as a part of RR Group of Institutions (RRGI) in the year 2005. Their main motive was to develop pharmacists with high caliber and sound character. Within such a shorter period, it has become a popular institute because of the excellent education that it provides to foster paramedical science. The institute works hard to imbibe skills in its students that stand them out from the crowd.
With the approval of Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) & All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), it is also affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science.

The college library is filled with an extensive collection of the latest science journals, research publications, and other regular textbooks. It stocks a wide range of CDs, videos, and online databases to compete with the techno-inspired world.
The minimum attendance requirement, including the theory and practical classes separately, is 80%. Those who fail to meet the criteria are unable to sit in the semester end exam.
