Vidya Prasarak Mandal TMC Law College

The college is located in a four-story building on 13.5 acres of land. We have spacious classrooms, a moot court hall, a library with a reading area and computer section, a legal aid room, and a conference room for teaching and learning. The building features wide corridors and is equipped with sufficient furniture, computers, internet access, electricity, water supply, and proper sanitation and drainage.

• Classrooms: The college’s academic infrastructure consists of a three-floor building comprising 13 classrooms distributed across 2 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor, 6 on the second floor, and 2 on the third floor. Additionally, a moot court hall equipped with ICT and microphone facilities serves as an avenue for competitions, seminars, and workshops. Cleaners are responsible for keeping each room clean, and the head of the institution regularly checks the facilities.
• Library: VPM TMC law college library features a dedicated computer lab, occupying 150 square feet and equipped with five computer stations. It provides access to open source databases and e-journals, and the internet is available. The computer maintenance is handled by the team in Vidya Prasarak Mandal’s server room. The librarian and two attendants supervise the lab. With seating of 150 people, the college library provides a comfortable and well-resourced study environment, featuring an impressive range of around 26,000 books, journals, law reporters, reference materials, magazines, and daily newspapers for students. The library uses KOHA software for managing operations like cataloging, circulation, and stock verification.
• Sports: VPM TMC law college located in Thane boasts an extensive sports infrastructure, featuring a range of facilities that cater to various sports such as cricket, kabaddi, badminton, basketball court, gym, carrom boards, volleyball court, tennis court, and an athletics track. The college conducts sports and cultural activities every year.
