Rajesh Pandey College of Law was established on January 18, 2005. The college seeks to create an educational environment to empower students in the legal field and foster a learning community, helping to produce competent lawyers and public servants.

The college is situated in Lohia Nagar, Akbarpur, a city in the Ambedkar Nagar district in Uttar Pradesh.
