Kamkus College of Law: Admission 2025, Fees, Scholarship, Ghaziabad

Setup by the Bhagirath Sewa Sansthan (a national-level NGO), the Kamkus College of Law situated in Ghaziabad is affiliated with the CCS University, Meerut. The College is approved by the Bar Council of India and certified by ISO 9001:2015.

The vision of the college is to modernise the study of law from just teaching theory to a more hands-on practical approach by resolving core problems in society under the guidelines of Law. It has a mission to educate individuals studying there to become globally and socially aware, and capable advocates/lawyers.

The UG/PG Courses taught at the college are LL.B., B.A.LL.B., B.Com LL.B., and L.L.M.

The teaching-learning methods used at the institute to teach the students are Tutorial Work, Seminars, Practical Training Programs, Moot Courts, etc. Legal Counseling is also done regularly by expert professionals to provide proper guidance to the students.

The Legal Aid Clinic program provides opportunities and encourages the students to visit villages and tribal areas along with faculties and practicing lawyers to spread legal awareness among the people of that particular area. Seminars/Workshops are organised on many trending and core topics by experts for increasing the student’s knowledge. Personality Development programs help polish the English language skills of students and make them more confident needed as a key component in the legal profession.

KCL – Ghaziabad has four major courses that are taught on campus and their details along with the eligibility criteria are given below:

The college prospectus has some forms to be filled out by the students for different purposes during the time of admission. They are Pre-Admission Counselling Form, and Form for Admission to Regular/Self Financing Course, etc. and the documents to be submitted along with the forms are as given below:

• 10^th & 12^th Mark sheet & Certificate
• Graduation Mark sheet (if applicable)
• L.L.B. Mark sheet (if applicable)
• Certificate of SC/ ST/ OBC and Domicile Certificate of the State of U.P. (If applicable)
• 5 Passport size Photos
• 1 ID Proof (Aadhar Card)

*The Migration Certificate when transferring from another university/board has to be submitted at the CCS University in person by the student (If applicable).

The college provides a Scholarship by the name of the “Kamla Sukul Memorial Scholarship” only for female students who have scored a minimum of 60% marks in their 12^th grade. The eligible female candidates must be studying B.A.LL.B at KCL and the scholarship is given for 4 years, under the condition that the student achieves 60% marks and maintains 70% attendance every year.
