The IIMT Law College has an active placement cell that organises training and development as well as bridges the skill gap between companies and the students. Various employability enhancing skills like communication skills, behavioural traits, etiquette training, mock GD and other sessions are conducted by the placement cell too. From moot court to hostels, the IIMT Law college has every essential infrastructure to nurture the students’ academic life. The aim is to provide the students with an academic ambiance comparable to international education standards. • Moot court: The college periodically organises moot court sessions to help students gain insight about the real-world courtroom scenarios. The college also encourages and trains students so they can participate in various state and national moot court competitions. This helps to sharpen their communication and argument skills.
• Seminar halls: The seminar halls at the college have all kinds of gadgets and audio visual instruments to facilitate various workshops, seminars, moot courts, guest lectures etc. Fully air-conditioned seminar halls having arrangements to seat a number of students at a time.
• Industrial visits: The placement cell actively takes charge of industrial collaboration to propagate visits to various corporate and legal offices for the students. This helps them gain better insights on how different legal scenarios work, and also the etiquettes and communication process specific to different organisations.
• Hostels: There are separate hostels for boys and girls which are double sharing and triple sharing. Both hostels have quality mess and dining opportunities with diverse menus which are prepared in a hygienic manner. Some of the amenities include attached bathrooms, laundry, 24x7 security, CCTV surveillance and high-speed Wi-Fi- Connectivity.
• Library: The college library has over 2,04,000 texts, journals, magazines, and more related to legal studies. There are options to access e-resources too and students can make the most of the reading areas.
