Hotel management studies are done in labs and kitchens and both these facilities at Kukreja are one of the finest. Also, while I was studying, we were taken for trips to various established QSRs and chefs who shared their experiences with us. Six months internship was a part of our course and we all were sent to some of the best hotels of Dehradun, Rishikesh, and Mussoorie. I was sent to Fairfield by Marriott where I initially struggled in the kitchen but gradually succumbed to do it the way it is required. Internship was tough as we were made to work 14 hours in a day and before sending us in front there was a lot that went through. What hotel management studies do in you is it will instill patience in you as I can say from my experience that I started appreciating the smallest of things because I knew a lot of effort has gone into this happening.Read Full Review

BHMCT of Kukreja focuses mostly on innovations, research works, expert guidance, and participatory learning. There was so much to learn that a miss will be our personal. From 1st to final year, we have learned every art of hotel management. Soft skills play a huge role in hotel management and Kukreja institute focuses mostly on that. Many people think that hotel management is about cooking but hotel management is not a cooking course.
