Heritage Institute of Hotel and Tourism Shimla Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

Infrastructure of the Institute was very good. There was a library and IT room where students can research on internet about upcoming opportunities in hotels like management training programs or interview opportunities in various hotels. All classrooms were equipped with projectors for PPT presentations and classrooms were very spacious but there were no playing ground in campus. We can play only some indoor games like carom, chess and table tennis, etc.

Campus life was overall quite nice. Students can enjoy their time in the campus with different activities going on like group discussions and personality development sessions and cooking classes which were my favorite part in the campus. The annual day and fresher parties were organized every year and students were encouraged for participation in different cultural activities like folk dance, folk singing, and any other specific talent to showcase in front of everyone.Read Full Review

HIHT has a good and modern infrastructure. There were extraordinary facilities provided to students so that they could learn in an easy and efficient manner. We had great classrooms, a well-organized library, and auditoriums. The university maintained hygiene in college classrooms, grounds, canteens, etc. As a whole, the university gave us a nice and peaceful place to study in this modern world. I never tried medical support, but of course, it was there to handle medical emergencies.

I can never forget the time I spent there. It was memorable for me for a lifetime. I enjoyed it completely and this institute had changed my life entirely. Not only for study, I remember this institute for its lovely celebrations, annual days, fests, etc. Along with the study, their motto was to let students get entertained to overcome the burden of study and feel fresh all the time.Read Full Review
