There is a larder room resembling the five-star hotels where students learn to prepare the cold food in the larder kitchen. There is a bakery and confectionery department where students learn to make varieties of bread. Students also learn to make cakes, pastries, etc. The bakery skills are important to learn as bakers have excellent career opportunities in these days.
Academia comprises of a training Restaurant and Bar. The food and beverage service is the most profitable department of any hotel. These professionals are the front line of service providers in food service establishments like coffee shops, restaurants, and others. Another major department of the Hotel Industry is House Keeping. This department is responsible for maintenance, cleanliness, and aesthetic care of the allotted area.
