Navodaya Dental College offers various utilities. The utilities offered by the college are: 

• Library: It is equipped with more than 1 lac books, separate reading rooms for UG and PG students, digital library, modern technology, international standard services, etc. It offers a safe, friendly and comfortable environment that helps the students stay focused, attain knowledge and promote new discoveries. The library has a section on the ground and first floor. First floor comprises educational material for postgraduate students.
• Center Research Laboratory (CRL): The laboratory is spread on around 1,500 square feet area. It is well equipped with cutting edge tables, advanced technologies, equipment, etc. Labs are also facilitated with researchers, experienced faculty, trained technicians, etc. It is used for research work in various programs like, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Pathology and Microbiology.
• Food Court: The food court is built on around 5,000 square feet area. It consists of an amphitheater, tuck shops and ATM facility. The college food court serves cuisines from all parts of the country. It provides complete meals to the students. The canteen can seat around 900 people.
• Hostel: The college hostel comprises 5 boys and 4 girls hostel on campus. The hostels can accommodate approximately 4,000 students. It facilitates the students with 24*7 water service, in house canteen, furnished rooms, camera surveillance, banking facility, ATM, etc.
• Sports: College provides a ground and specially constructed indoor stadium, and also conducts various outdoor games like cricket, basketball, volleyball, badminton, athletics etc. It organises various sports events of indoor and outdoor games.
