IAAN School of Mass Communication New Delhi was established in 1999, under a trust named as Prabhu Dayal Kasere Charitable Trust. This institution is affiliated to Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism & Communication, Bhopal. It has been approved by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, AICTE, & Press Council of India.
Vision: To provide latest education & training related to media, by collaborating with national and international media partners, so that students can achieve excellence and specialise in new technologies related to this industry.
Mission: To promote innovations and specialisations related to journalism & media, and train students about new technologies such as AI, ChatGPT, Deepfakes, etc., so that the Indian Media Industry becomes more Strong & Independent.
Admissions into IAAN School of Mass Communication can be obtained by fulfilling the eligibility requirement. Students who fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria, can apply for admission into undergraduate, postgraduate or diploma courses provided by the institution.

*Candidates can also apply through offline mode, by physically visiting the institution’s campus.
Selection Process:
Once the applications are submitted by the candidates, these are checked by the admission department, and the candidates are shortlisted on the basis of eligibility, UGC seat quotas for reserved categories, and marks obtained by the candidates in the last qualifying examination.
In the next step, selected candidates will have to appear for a Personal Interview, conducted by Senior Management Authorities of the institution.
Selected students are offered admission and they can secure their seats by submitting the registration fee.

IAAN School of Mass Communication takes numerous initiatives to appreciate the meritorious performance of the students. The institution has provided scholarships to the students in previous semesters on the basis of their academic performances. A Merit- cum- Means Scholarship is provided through “Prabhu Dayal Kasere Charitable Trust”, to the students who achieve top position in academics in their qualifying semester examination. One student from each program is selected for this scholarship.
Apart from these the institution encourages deserving students to avail the benefit of other private, or government scholarship schemes.
