Lala Lajpat Rai College has a Placement Cell known as Career Counselling and Placement Cell. It conducts various programs for students’ overall personality development. It conducts programs like aptitude identification, career counselling, workshops, resume writing, seminars, soft skill development programs, industrial visits, training of interview skills, etc. Apart from this, it provides internship opportunities to students. It also organises guest lectures wherein domain experts are invited to apprise students of current trends in corporate world.

It conducts campus placement program in which it invites various well known corporations like Capgemini, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, Yes Bank, Birla Sun Life, etc.

Lala Lajpat Rai College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai covers an area of approx. 26,000 sq. ft land. It has an excellent infrastructure with a green campus. The college has a friendly environment and a peaceful atmosphere. Infrastructure of college has office, conference and seminar halls, research center, counselling center, etc. Besides, in college students are facilitated with other facilities for academics, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities. Few of these facilities are listed below:

• Classrooms: Spacious and well ventilated classrooms are there for effective teaching and learning. These classrooms are well furnished with smart boards, benches, lights, white boards, etc. Besides, some classrooms are equipped with projectors.
• Auditorium: There is an air-conditioned and well furnished auditorium in college for organising events, cultural programs, etc. For these programs, music system is also set up in auditorium.
• Library: Library is knowledge resource center of the college. It stocked with more than 41000 books, 66 + periodicals, magazines, newspapers, theses, project reports, CDs, audio-visual resources, etc. Library also has e-resources like e-books and e-journals.
• Sports and Games: College has sports facilities for various outdoor and indoor games. The college also celebrates sports day wherein it encourages its students to participate in various sporting events.
• Clubs and Committees: Various clubs and committees are there which are managed by students. It includes SC, ST, OBC, and Minority Welfare Committee, Electoral Literacy Club, Rotract Club, Cultural Committee, Sports Committee, etc. Apart from this, students’ council and alumni association also exists. These committees and clubs organise various extracurricular activities for students like cultural program, orientation program, convocation ceremony, etc.
• Other Facilities: Canteen, IT Labs, Healthcare Facility, Gymnasium, etc.
