Bapuji Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital Bangalore

Established in the year 1996 in the Shimoga district, Bapuji Ayurvedic Medical College is one of the best ayurvedic medical institutes.  Academia is working under the umbrella of Bapuji Educational trust. The institute is approved by CCIM, i.e., Central Council of Indian Medicine. Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, Bangalore, affiliates the institute.

The institute is associated with a hospital facility facilitating students to obtain clinical experience with classroom teaching that is offered by Academia, well-experienced teaching faculty. There are fourteen departments, requisite laboratories, and an extensive library.

Bapuji Ayurvedic College encourages, gives motivation to the students so to bring the best out of them, and can become the responsible citizens. Institute do not allow to compromise in matters that are related to conducting, discipline, training, and character. This is important for the personality development of students. At the same time, academia tries best to inculcate nationalism in students.

Bapuji Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital houses a well-equipped library. The library is an Ocean of Knowledge, and it is the brain and heart of the institute. The built-up area of the library is 1500 sq. Ft. This knowledge source has a well-organized book collection, a variety of magazines, journals, thesis, manuals, and periodicals. There are almost 6500 books and approximately twenty-five varieties of journals. A volume related to Ayurveda as well as a western school of Medicine is available. Digital library is also present and computer services are available so that students can access online resources. Ample lighting and the well-ventilated library offer an adequate atmosphere for studies.

Admission is made through (CET) Centralized Entrance Test or Karnataka selection for selecting students for professional institutions. Candidates can also apply through Management Quota.
