EMPI has a Placement Cell which works consistently to get students placed in their desired company. It conducts certain placement activities for overall personality development of students such as pre-placement talks, group discussions, mock interview sessions, aptitude tests, etc. It also conducts skill development programs which include soft skill, leadership skill, time management skill, problem solving skills, etc. It also conducts career counseling programs for students. It also organises industrial visits for students to provide them industrial exposure.
In addition to this, it has tie-ups with various well known companies. These companies visit campus during the campus recruitment programs for placements of students. Some of these companies are American Express, Axis Bank, Mahindra Electric, Asian Paints, Airtel, Pepsico, Berger, Cadbury, HP, Hindustan Unilever Limited, HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank, Indian Oil, etc.
