To prepare students for GNIHM Placements, the college grooms the personality of students by providing them with training. The college train students by encouraging them to participate in activities like mock interviews, group discussions, extempore speaking, and presentations. To make students industry-ready, the college organises specialisation, grooming, and soft skill classes in the final semester of the course. The institute also works on providing students opportunities to learn strategies to face the ever-changing demands of the hospitality sector by encountering them with real-life situations and experiences.

The college provides long-term and short-term training programs for students within 5-star hotels in India. Students also get to learn about the hospitality industry in depth through undergoing casual and industrial training programs in various 5-star hotels in India and Abroad. The students undergo a training program of around 17 to 22 weeks to understand the norms and rules of the hospitality sector.

• Computer Center: The College has a Computer lab incorporated with about 40+ systems where students can have access to all the software. For Front Office operations students get an opportunity to learn PMS (IDS) software.
• Library and Information Center: To meet the academic theoretical expectations of students, the campus has a library that consists of about 60+ library sets and around 6000+ books. To enhance reading habits among students, the library also has general and trade journals.
• Teaching Aids: Faculty members of the college use digital and modern teaching-learning methods in the classrooms. The classrooms, workshop, seminar rooms, and lecture rooms are embedded with projectors to facilitate students with a digital teaching approach.
• Hostel: The College provides separate residential facilities for boys and girls on campus. Within hostels, the college maintains high hygiene standards as well as provides four meals a day.
• Language Lab: To strengthen the language and communication abilities of students, the campus has a Language Lab. The students get training with the assistance of suitable software to make them efficient in aptitude tests and group discussions.
• Housekeeping Lab: The College has made a housekeeping lab to provide students with practical training. This lab is equipped with the latest equipment such as Steam Press, Washing Machine, Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner, Linen Basket Trolley, and others.
• Food Production Lab: The institute has 6 large Food Production Labs for students to provide them with practical experience in the industry. The labs include a Patisserie and Confectionery Lab, a Basic Training Kitchen, a Larder Kitchen, an Advanced training Kitchen, and a Quantity Training Kitchen.
• Food & Beverages Service Lab: The College has built a Food & Beverages Service lab for students to provide them with practical experience. The Lab has all the important facilities that are required to educate students about the real hotel environment. The Lab has its advanced training restaurant with a bar, one basic Training Restaurant, and a cafeteria with an accommodation capacity of about 100 people.     
• Other Facilities: The college provides some other facilities for the betterment of students that include 1 quantity kitchen, 1 basic training kitchen, 1 advanced training kitchen, 3 model guest rooms, 1 laundry, 1 housekeeping lab, 1 linen room, 1 advanced training restaurant bar, and 1 basic training restaurant. They have a multipurpose hall that can accommodate about 250 people. Girls and boys are provided with separate locker room facilities along with a sick room, cricket playground, gym, and indoor games facilities. A seminar hall has also been developed within the campus for students to conduct debates, workshops, guest lectures, and presentations.
