NIFT Kannur Fees Structure & Courses 2025

You have to clear an entrance exam to get into NIFT. It is an all India entrance. There will be two stages in the entrance test. One will be around December-January. It will be a combination of MCQ and some sketching questions. If you have cleared that exam, the selected candidates move to the next stage. This stage is more of hands on test, where you will be provided with materials and you have to make a product/ design according to the given specifications. It is a creatively challenging process. Once you clear that, there will be a counseling process. You will place in different campuses according to your rank. There are a couple of design courses in NIFT - Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, Knitwear Design, Accessory Design, Leather Design, Textile Design and Fashion Technology. In Masters, there is Master in Fashion Management and also Master in Design. The course consists of 15 different streams like, Fashion Journalism, Photography, Videography, Research, Styling, Graphic Design, UI/UX, etc. Entry requirements; Should have passed 10+2, Age limit - Under 24 years old. There is an entrance exam conducted, in 2 parts. We need to clear NIFT entrance exam that include 2 exams and then there is situation test. Based on the rank, you get your seat in whichever campus you want. At Kannur, they provide admission in various courses that given in the official website.Read Full Review
