The campus of Army College of Medical Science is spread over 25.559 acres of land and it is located in the prime region of Delhi. The Delhi Cantt Metro Station is situated nearby the campus, making it easier for the students to commute safely. The campus has lush green surroundings that provide a fresh and peaceful environment to the students. The college offers a number of facilities that help in making the students academically strong. The college has properly ventilated classrooms with appropriate teaching facilities. There are around 7 seminar rooms in the campus that are decently designed for conducting various events and activities. ACMS has around 18 laboratories that have different equipment for practical and research practices. There is a library in the college that has a wide range of academic books related to different areas of study. It also has hostel facilities within the campus for students.
In addition to this, a computer centre with high speed internet connection is also present in the college. The college has two canteens that provide different food options to the students. There are 8 grounds in the campus which are used for organising sports as well as recreational activities. Cricket and badminton are among the frequently played games in the college. It also participates in different sports tournaments every year. Not only is this, but a properly equipped gym with the latest equipment is also present in the campus for students to maintain their physical health.
