The Training and Placement Cell supports students in their career for a better future. To prepare students according to the industry trends, the cell arranges several development programs. Industry experts are invited by the cell to guide students. The cell maintains its connections within the industry to provide direct placement to the students in the top national and multinational companies. Internships are facilitated to the students in their interested field for obtaining real time experience. Industrial visits and educational tours enable students to know about the working style and practices of the industry. Several workshops, seminars, etc are organised to spread awareness between the students about various career options.

The past recruiters at the PBSCAS are Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Tata Consultancy Services, Sonata, Syntel, Virtusa, Capgemini, Accenture, NTT Data, Reliance Jio Mart, Cognizant, Infosys, Caritor, iGate, Polaris, and various other reputed companies.

PBSCAS campus is well built with all the basic amenities according to the requirements of the students. e-classrooms are available in the campus which are enabled with high speed internet connectivity, sound system, and smart board. A webinar hall is available in the campus with a seating capacity of around 250 students at once. The details about the various infrastructure and facilities are mentioned below:

• Central Library: The library of the college is also regarded as an Information Centre. The library has a collection of more than 93,000 volumes which consists of textbooks, reference books, competitive books, encyclopedias, etc. To access the e-resources, the college has a facility of digital library. The reading room of the library has a seating capacity of about 60 students.
• Laboratories: Separate laboratories are available for each department in the campus which are equipped with all the necessary equipments and instruments. The college has Zoology, Chemistry, Botany, Physics, Business, Language, and many other laboratories.
• Hostel: Residential facilities are provided to both boys and girls separately. All the basic amenities are available for the students in the hostels. Wardens are appointed for the maintenance of the hostels.
• Cafeteria: A cafeteria is available in the college premises to provide food & beverages to the students at reasonable prices. The cafeteria has an excellent ambience and provides hygienic food to the students.
• Sports: Both indoor and outdoor sports facilities are available for the students in the college campus. The playground of the college has 200 meters track & fields, volleyball courts, handball court, hockey ground, kho-kho court, throw ball court, kabaddi courts, cricket field, etc. Indoor stadium is developed on 11,250 square feet area which provides facilities for badminton, table tennis, etc. A gymnasium is also available in the college campus which is equipped with modern equipment like treadmills, dumbells, weight plates, and many others.
• Medical Facilities: A health centre is available in the college for providing medication to the students. The centre is equipped with necessary equipment and facilities like blood pressure machine, first aid kit, dressing kit, medicine kit, stretcher, bed, etc.
• Auditorium: In the campus, a spacious and well ventilated indoor auditorium is available with a seating capacity of around 800 students.
• Seminar Hall: ICT enabled seminar hall in the college which can accommodate more than 110 students at a time. This place is also used as a media centre.
• Conference Hall: This place of the college accommodates around 40 students and is equipped with modern technology equipments. It is used for conducting board meetings, interviews, group discussions, press meetings, etc.
• Additional Facilities: NCC, NSS, Students Clubs, Internet Centre, etc.
