The New Horizon College faculty members have to mandatorily study the College’s various guidelines. This is important for them to understand their rights and the given limitations. There are both academic and non-academic guidelines for them to follow suit.
Also, NHCM follows the protocol of mentor teachers and mentee teachers. As such, the former mentors the latter in 2 sessions in 1 semester. The mentee, also, can approach their mentor at any time for guidance, if the need arises.
Moreover, the NHCM has the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) that was set up during February 2013. Since then, the Cell members actively engage in assessing the College’s overall performance. The required measures to improve the quality of education at the College are part of the Cell’s duties, as well.
The New Horizon College Marathalli faculty profiles are as per the College’s mission of achieving academic excellence. Even so, they receive training to give equal importance to both curricular and co-curricular activities. Hence, the students develop into all-rounder.
Furthermore, the College has a healthy teacher-pupils ratio that allows for close mentoring of the students.
