The teachers are genuinely helpful and concerned about the students’ performance in my department. However, I have heard a lot from other departments about how they do not pay attention to the students’ problems and concerns. They can be strict during the times when it is needed the most. They made their respective subjects so easier to understand and they all are so cooperative and helpful in nature. All of them did their master's and Ph.D in their respective fields. The faculty is definitely an experienced and knowledgeable one. The blend of the teachers from different colleges with experience and new teachers with the knowledge of the current curriculum is truly something that results in the overall fulfillment of academic as well as holistic development. The faculty goes above and beyond to help students apart from classes if they face any difficulty with the syllabus or even their own doubts from their individual preparation.
