To provide excellent placement and employment opportunities for the students, the university has an active Training and Placement Cell. It works in establishing a strong academic-industry interface and maintains professional relations with various industries and organisations. Students are properly guided and prepared for their future roles. The cell helps the students in building strong personalities along with professional, communicational, and technical skills.

Some national and international companies that have visited DTU for the purpose of placement are Zomato, Adobe, PhonePe, MPL, Jio, Olx, Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, Dailyhunt, Samsung, Airtel, Paytm, Delhivery, Disney Plus Hotstar, Coca-Cola, Walmart, Bata, Deloitte, etc.

Located at Shahbad Daulatpur, Main Bawana Road, the campus of the university is modern and its infrastructure has the capability to fulfill all the academic needs and requirements for learning, teaching, and exploring. The environment of the university is friendly and safe for students. It allows the students to experience new aspects and acquire unlimited knowledge. The classrooms of the DTU are fully furnished with modern learning facilities and comfortable seating arrangements, fully equipped state-of-the-art laboratories, along with other amenities and services like:

• Library: The University offers its students a well-furnished and knowledge providing Central Library. This library is equipped with all the academic resources like books, national & international journals, periodicals, project works, thesis, newspapers, magazines, etc. The library also provides digital facilities to the students and it is equipped with computer systems and smooth internet services.
• Computer Centre: At DTU, students get the facility of a well-equipped and centralised computer centre that can fulfill the learning and academic needs of students. The computer library has 230+ computers, located in a spacious two-floor space with fast LAN connectivity. Students can perform their research work and can make their digital knowledge strong by practicing and learning here.
• Hostel: The University has 10 boys’ hostel and 3 girls’ hostel that can accommodate up to 2500+ students. The campuses of the hostels are safe as proper security and warden are present for the hostellers round-the-clock. The rooms in the hostel are furnished, spacious, well-lit, and ventilated. The hostel campus has only 6 mess services but it fulfills the requirements of all the students living in the hostel. Mess offers an excellent menu to the students cooked in a hygienic and clean kitchen. For the entertainment of the hostellers, each hostel has its own well-furnished gymnasium with all the major equipment, a reading area with the latest subscribed newspapers and magazines, and an excellent Wi-Fi connection throughout the hostel campus area. The university also has a modern and furnished guest house for parents and relatives who come for visiting purposes.
• Sports: DTU always encourages and motivates its students to be physically active and healthy as physical fitness is very important. The university has excellent sports facilities and arrangements like 400 m. track. Hockey ground, two courts for Volleyball & Basketball, Cricket ground, Hockey ground, three courts for Tennis, Chess room, Carrom room, Table Tennis room, five courts for Badminton, etc. To recognise the upcoming talent in sports and to provide a platform to students who are good at sports, the university organises a sports festival known as ARENA. Students with excellent performance are awarded certificates and prizes. Apart from this, DTU also organises Inter Hostel Tournaments in various sports to cheer up the sportsmanship of students.
• Health Facilities: Excellent health services are provided to students as DTU has an active and fully functioning hospital block with 18+ beds. Experienced specialists and doctors are present on campus to provide health services to the students in need. The university also organises regular checks on the students by inviting professional medical experts for eyes, ENT, and dental care, along with nutrition experts.
• Other Facilities: Bank, ATM, ultra-modern Gymnasium, Post Office, etc.
