Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University hostel provides hostel facilities to both boys and girls separately. It has five boys' hostels namely-

• PG and Research boys hostel 
  • Only graduate and research students can apply.

• New boys hostel 
  • It can accommodate 270 engineering faculty students.
• Main hostel 
  • It has a total capacity of 250 students and is open to all faculties.
• Nana Ji Deshmukh hostel 
  • It is mainly for university guest spokespersons and research scholars.
• BDA hostel 
  • With a capacity of 400 students, engineering faculty students can apply for admission. Separate blocks for each year students are built.

There are four girls' hostels on campus. They are-

• Maitreya girls hostel 
  • It has 197 rooms with a capacity of 390 students.
  • It has four blocks- Ganga, Yamuna, Saraswati, and Godawari. It has one more separate block for freshers.
• Savitri Govt. girls hostel 
  • It has 16 rooms and can accommodate 48 students.

• Lakshmi Bai Kelkar girls hostel 
  • With 23 rooms, it has a capacity of 46 students.

• Manorama girls hostel 
  • This hostel has 16 rooms and gives accommodation to 32 students.

• Smoking, drinking alcohol, consumption of drugs or any kind of unwanted activity is strictly prohibited.
• Cooking food or preparing tea in the hostel room isn't allowed.
• Electronic appliances such as fans and lights should be switched off when not in use.
• Any damage to the hostel property is punishable.
• The students aren't allowed to play on the hostel premises and they can be fined if the rules are violated.
• Slogan singing and poster pasting are not allowed.
• The vigilance team can at any time check the rooms without any notice.
