Katwa College Faculty Profile, Bardhaman

The faculty of Katwa College is not sufficient for specific departments like Physiology, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, etc. If I talk about my department, there was no permanent HOD. There was one assistant HOD, 3 professors (1 of them was temporary on a 2-year contract) and 2 lab assistants. Because of the shortage of the faculty, classes were not properly completed.
