K.T.H.M. College, Nashik was established in the year 1969 as a Private Educational Institution. K.T.H.M. College Nashik is approved by UGC, accredited by NAAC, and is affiliated with SPPU, Pune. K.T.H.M. College is a part of Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj (MVP), and it was established in 1969. The college has been accredited by NAAC and is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.

KTHM College provides a vast infrastructure built upon an area of 30808.87 sq. mtr., with all the facilities including library, laboratories, hostel, sports facility, health centre, research centres, as well as clubs and cells for student welfare. The classrooms are updated and modern with facilities including smart boards, ICT enabled projectors, screens and sound systems. The classrooms are well furnished and provide a comfortable sitting area along with the arrangement which leads to maximum teacher-student interaction.
