Founded by Mr. S. Regupathy, the JJ College of Arts & Science (Autonomous) was inaugurated by Prof. K. Ponnusamy in 1994. The college is located in Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu and is one of the leading educational institutions of the country. It is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited by NAAC. The college is affiliated with the Bharathidasan University and gained autonomy in the year 2012 from UGC. Mission: The aim of college is to develop the personality of the students, the college wants to have a learner-friendly environment along with a teaching-learning culture. They aim to inculcate good habits in students and instill the spirit of social service and justice in them.
