Imayam College of Arts and Science has a self-regulating Placement Office. It functions efficiently by coordinating with various reputed organisations and inviting them to conduct recruitment drives. Technical training is provided in order to up-skill the students. Mock interviews are conducted to increase the students’ placement potential. The Placement Office conducts seminars, workshops, mini-projects, counselling sessions, etc. to guide students. The Science students are also motivated to write and publish journal papers to widen their scope of job placements.
