The Placement Cell of RA Podar College assists students in utlising their potential for a better future. The cell develops professional relationships with the national and multinational companies for providing exciting career opportunities to students. Internship programs are facilitated to the students for obtaining real time experience in the corporate world. Cell organises multiple workshops, awareness sessions, and group discussions for a better career of the student. Institute has a Placement process which needs to be followed by the interested students, following are the steps:

• Students have to register themselves with the cell by filling the Form and paying registration fee.
• Students will get the notification about the details regarding recruitment.
• Register for the selected company for starting the recruitment process.

Some of the recruiters of college are Deloitte, Genpact, Accenture, Motilal Oswal, Wipro, Deltax, Interactive Brokers, Jaro Education, Deutsche Bank, NeoSoft Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and many others.

The campus of the college is well built on approx 0.62 acres of land and provides various facilities with the touch of modern technology. The classrooms of the college are well furnished and equipped with audio – visual devices for effective learning of students. Students can take advantage of below mentioned infrastructure and facilities:

• Library: The library of the college is well equipped with 70,000+ Books, and 2,500+ National and International Periodicals. Offline and online library services are provided to students with a well maintained environment. Library also consists of 7,00,000+ E-Books, 5,000+ Online Journals, 2,000+ Back Volumes, 10+ Newspapers, 200+ Maps, 1,000+ CDs, and so on. Institute also provides the facility of Reading Room.
• Computer Lab: The campus of the institute consists of 2 computer labs for the assistance of students in the subject of Computer Systems and Applications. All the computers are well updated with the latest software and hardware.
• Sports: Institute campus consists of a gymkhana office which is divided into different sections for the sports like Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom, and NCC room. Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Kabaddi and Football matches are conducted by the institute.
