The foundation year of D.K.M College for Women Vellore is June 1972 inaugurated by Vallal Sri Krishnaswami Mudaliar. The college mission is to serve the cause of women’s education. It is affiliated to Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore.
Vision & Mission: The vision and mission of the college is to create and promote holistic development in rural women by offering quality higher education. In addition to enabling students to achieve academic excellence with the help of efficient teaching, learning, and systematic evaluation. The programmes at the college help students emerging as economically independent, morally sound, socially responsible, and nationally conscious.
Dhanabhagiyam Krishnasamy Mudaliar College for Women offers various courses for bachelors, masters, and doctorate of philosophy for the students. Students can choose a specialised course for their academic years and gain practical and real world knowledge from the curriculum.
