The establishers and promoters of this Ramaiah Medical College ensured right at the outset that the faculty pool had to be highly qualified and experienced so that they educate the students in the best manner possible. It can be expressed without exaggeration that the faculty members have earned their degrees from reputed national and international medical colleges. Almost each and every lecturer or professor have amassed extensive experience in their respective domains and are specialists in their corresponding subjects.
The teachers go all out to help the students understand the classroom instructions but also extend all possible assistance even beyond the classrooms. The faculty members cooperate and coordinate with the students in furnishing clinical training, helping them out with research activities, and arranging case discussions, conferences, seminars, and CMEs (continuing medical education). Many departments arrange seminars every week where students deliberate on a particular topic.
The constructive and practical interaction between the faculty and the students enable the students to master the various topics effectively.
