This is an excellent south campus college in the heart of Delhi. It is easily accessible through metro and buses. This college is near Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (SBSC). Overall, the faculty is well qualified, friendly and good. They provide practical knowledge to the students in order to make them industrial ready. Overall, I would rate my experience to be 8/10 considering positives like faculty, societies, and support of the administration for societies. My overall experience at CVS has been good. If anyone wants to grow as an individual, they must join the societies of CVS. There are lots of societies here which can help you explore your talent and skills. Some of them are Reverie (parent society of all cultural societies), all cultural societies, Enactus, Women Development Cell, E-Cell, Marketing Society, Debating Society, etc. Infrastructure of CVS is average. I opted to enroll in a Vocational course at CVS to gain some practical experience, as mentioned in DU's brochure. However, there is theoretical teaching as well. Since the introduction of NEP, attendance has been considered important and one must have at least 67% attendance to sit in the examination otherwise one may get detained from taking some of the exams. The timetable of CVS is quite weird. You may have your first class at 8:30 am / 9:30 am then your second class might be at 12:00 pm.Read Full Review
