The college cafeteria offers a variety of affordable and hygienic food options. CVS’s infrastructure consists of old and newly built buildings in the campus. The campus provides a pleasant and conducive environment for both academic and extracurricular activities.

The name of the annual cultural fest of this college is ‘Tatva’. It is held in the month of February every year. There are many active societies in this college which helps in the overall development of students. These societies help students to build bonds with each other. The campus is located in Sheikh Sarai Phase-2. It has 3 academic blocks, namely Old Building (OB), New Building (NB), and SNB. Mainly, the classes used to be held in OB and NB. NB's infrastructure is quite good compared to OB. OB building is hexagonal in shape, and the space in between is an amphitheater. All the big events like fests, Diwali mela used to happen here. There is a Seminar Hall, Library, GCR & BCR, Canteen, staff rooms, NSS room, and 2 computer Labs in OB as well. There is a cultural building in the campus for cultural societies like Zest (Dance Society), Appregio (Music Society), Manthan (Fashion Society), Theater Society (Dramanomics), and Criador (Art Society). There is also a big ground behind the OB where you can play football, cricket, volleyball, and basketball. You can get the kits and equipment from the sports room which is on the ground as well.

The crowd at CVS is good. Most students are from Delhi and NCR and neighboring states like UP, Haryana, MP, Bihar, etc. There are 20+ societies in the college and all of them are active. All societies are full of learning. There is no ragging on the campus. Seniors are friendly and cooperative. Coming to the fest point, TATVA is its name, and it used to be held in February for 2-3 days. The overall campus life is quite good, and the most important thing to mention here is it is up to us how we make our college life and how we make the most of it. For some students, CVS is just a tier 2 college, and they used to count only its negative side, but some students know and understand how to make the most of it and doing really well in their life.Read Full Review

The college building is quite old and needs repair and maintenance work. There are only fans in classrooms so it gets quite hot in summers. The new buildings are much better. There is a library with enough seating space and air conditioning. The canteen of the college is fine as it provides food items with reasonable pricing. The college has a basketball court, cricket and football ground. The washrooms need urgent attention. There is a separate cultural building in the college for cultural societies. The seminar hall also air-conditioned. Classrooms of new buildings are outfitted with projectors.

The college crowd is one of the highlights. It has a pretty good crowd with friendly seniors. There are no issues of bullying or ragging. The college usually remains bustling during the start of semester. There are multiple clubs and societies including Book Club, Music Society, Dance Society, Fashion Society, Drama Society, Enactus, North East Society, Departmental Societies (Commerce, History, etc.) and more.
