The University Placement Cell of Jagannath University also known as the Corporate Resource Management Centre works in support of students to provide them with a job in relevant industries as per their talents. The vision of the CRMC is to brush up on the skills of students and inculcate professional values as well as a modern attitude within them.

To assist students in overcoming the obstacles associated with careers, the university provides training and counselling sessions under the Centre for Guidance and Career Counselling. The centre aims to educate students of their skills and interests. The university provides in-house training to the students through Personality grooming sessions, aptitude tests, resume writing, group discussions, and technical tests.

The university assists students in enrolling themselves in the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme. This is a one-year program that consists of technically qualified people with practical skills and knowledge needed in their respective careers. A Certificate of Proficiency is assigned to the students by the Government of India after the completion of the training period.

Students get placed in organisations like HCL, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Parle, Muthoot Finance, Huawei, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Wipro, Genpact, HSBC, Airtel, Infosys, Godrej, and IndusInd Bank.    

Classrooms of Jagannath University are facilitated with effective teaching-learning techniques to promote maximum interaction between faculty members and students. The classrooms have been designed to bring out the creative side of students and teach them about the latest technologies and methods. • Library: Students can access the latest reference and research materials in the form of audio-visual and print forms. They can also refer to Government publications, CDs, e-journals, Reports, Project reports, Newsletters, and back volumes of different subjects.
• Laboratories: Students from each School of Studies are provided with a lab facility to perform practical experiments and enhance their skills. The experiments are designed to provide hands-on experience to the students.  
• Conference Room: To arrange all types of formal sessions and workshops, the university has made a conference room. This room is equipped with presentation and state-of-art audio-visual tools.
• Sports: The University gives immense importance to the overall personality development of students by encouraging them to participate in various sports. The sports that students can play include volleyball, badminton, football, basketball, cricket, table tennis, and gymnasium.
• Cafeteria: A spacious and well-maintained cafeteria is situated in the heart of the University’s campus. At the cafeteria students can share their opinions and knowledge with each other along with enjoying nutritious and hygienic food.
• Auditorium: The place has been designed to organise formal and cultural events with a seating capacity of around 500 students.
• Hostels: The University presently has around 4 hostels out of which three are for boys and one is for girl students. Each boys hostel has a capacity for around 150 students respectively and around 84 girls can stay in the female hostel. Separate hostel faculties have been appointed to take care of students. Medical Centre and Hostel Mess are also provided within the premises of hostels.
• Transport: The University has a large network of buses that pick up students from nearby neighbourhoods and local communities.
• Gymnasium: Students of the University can have access to the gym to perform their exercises.
• Yoga and Meditation: The University put efforts into minimising the stress levels of students due to academics by providing them a space to perform yoga and meditation.
