BITS Pilani Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules

The hostels at Birla Institute of Technology and Science provide fully residential facilities to the scholars studying at the institute. There are a total of 11 hostels available for boys and 1 for girls hostel complex.

Birla Institute of Technology and Science hostel facilities are common water purifiers and solar heaters. The hostels also have a television in the common room and a telephone facility. Sports facilities for a healthy mind and body are provided. Several recreational events occur regularly.

Birla Institute of Technology and Science hostel food is served from the kitchen-cum-mess common for every 2 boys' hostels adjacent to each other, whereas the girl's hostel has a separate mess facility within the hostel boundary. The mess is managed by the students.

• There is a provision for hostellers to become day scholars under special request only if their close relatives or parents are residents of Pilani.
• It is mandatory for the hostellers to have food in the mess.
