From my perspective, the background of the teachers is not that important. Still, for your knowledge, faculty and DRI are of very diverse natures. Most of them have studied their course from IITs and from various prestigious universities that are abroad. You will better understand when you come to know the dairy industry or food industries that are abroad. When they get stuck in some problems, they call our professors and staff for identifying their problems and for gathering the solutions to enhance the production of their plant. The style of teaching of our professors is so interesting and they indulge in practical demonstrations.
