The Career Opportunity Cell of ISME assists students in getting placements, internships, and career advice. The key objective of the Cell is to develop the personalities of students to make them professionally efficient and employable. The institute provides students guidance on resume creation, skills improvement, communication skills, and analysis of their strengths. They also receive training in enhancing their skills like decision-making, negotiation, leadership, networking, business ethics, and logical abilities. A Value Added Training course has been introduced by the institute to develop confident and optimistic managers who are capable of managing challenging business situations.

International School of Management Excellence (ISME) is a private B-School in Bangalore, Karnataka. Established in 2006 by K.C. Garg, ISME affiliates to Bangalore University (BU) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). NVT Quality Education Trust privately controls and manages the institute. Courses such as BBA, PGDM, & Executive PGDM are part of the institute curriculum. Admission to any of these courses is on the Entrance Basis.
