The GRCP College of Pharmacy boasts of a strong training and placement cell. The recruitment department conducts both online and offline recruitment drives. They also organise personality development programs to groom the students for their future endeavours in the professional arena. Occasionally training sessions for GD and communication skills are organised by the institute for the final year students. Industry Institute Interaction Committee-or IIIC is a student-initiated committee to help students develop awareness about the pharmaceutical industry. The committee is designed to educate the students on the industrial chain of commands for different designations to make them better prepared for the real world.
