D.G. Ruparel College of Arts Science and Commerce Placements: Average & Highest Package 2024, Mumbai

Well since I am doing B.Com, I can’t expect a hefty pay package after graduation as BMS students are preferred over B.Com students. Still, 40-50% of B.Com students too get placed every year with a package of early Rs. 3-5 lakhs. Mr. H A. Lokhande is the placement officer and the college has made a cell where students who wish to get posted can get in touch with him. Students who have maintained grades do get placed. Banks like ICICI, SBI, and BOB are some of the top recruiters since a long time. Share Khan, P&G, and HUL are also among the companies that have recruited Ruparelites for a long time now.

The college also provides placement training and hence, if you have failed to make a cut through the campus, you can still find a job after passing out. Placement cells gave preference to BMS students over the others, and the college maintains a placement rate of 70%. Companies like JLL, Kotak Securities, Kumar Builders, and Lodha Developers & JP Morgan have been the front runners. Students had multiple offers to choose from as the realty sector witnessed some upswing, and all of us were seen working in rival companies after passing out. Placements were good as BMS students often go for higher studies, but I wished to have some experience before, and Ruparel helped me gain some by getting me placed in one of the best real estate developers in Mumbai.Read Full Review
