It is not a very big college. The college campus is small, cozy, and beautiful. The walls are red, with lots of greenery. There are washrooms and water-coolers on every floor. There is a utility store from where you can get almost everything from stationary to snacks. The college canteen is also very spacious and serves new types of delicacies from week to week (although the quality of the canteen food is not that good). There is a library, and the book lending and borrowing system is digital and very organized. You can through the website what books are available and what books are not. This makes the task of visiting the library easy and with a goal of what you want. The recreational area is one of the best places to hang out with your friends. It an open area on the topmost floor of the college, with a beautiful views of the city. The auditoriums are big and spacious. The classrooms are air-conditioned and have smart boards too. There are 2 computer labs which are updated to the date and are spacious too. We have a doctor-on-call from 8 am on campus, and she is a really sweet and friendly person. Overall the campus is a really wonderful place and the classrooms are big. The location of the college is also very nice. It is located very close to the main road so getting transportation is very easy. There are good food stalls and cafes nearby. Park street is around 1km away, so after college, you can hang out with your friends.

Life is JDBI is not as bad as thought it would be in a girl's college, since I have spent 14 years of my life co-ed. So this was a big change for me. Everyone is so friendly and co-operative; the principal ma'am is very supportive and helpful. She treats all of us like her own children, and she always motivates to do things instead of giving up. There are lots of fests organized by our college which are really fun to attend to, and at the same time our college gives us lots of opportunities to participate in all types of competitions outside the campus. We have lots of social campaigns related to environment, poverty and girl education which is the most unique and amazing part of the college. JD Birla College has a very good infrastructure. The main campus based at Minto Park has one building, complete with a canteen, an auditorium and laboratories for different departments. The laboratories are all air-conditioned, high-end and very neat, with a laboratory assistant available at all times in each of them. The canteen has a space extension, and a very large area just adjacent to it is left open, which is ideal for auditions, dance practices, and so on. The classrooms are all air-conditioned and digital friendly. They have projectors in all rooms. Even the faculty is technologically advanced. Every professor is aware of operating with the advanced facilities. The entire campus is also CCTV enabled.

As I mentioned before, JDBI Management campus life is no less than that in a school. It is a hectic schedule for all the classes. There is an immense amount of mental pressure for studies, with plenty of assignments for the students. Also, every occasion, small or big, is celebrated with a lot of grandeur and oneness. The college organises a cultural programme for every memorable day, complete with dance and music performances. The institute also conducts plenty of workshops, seminars and motivational sessions for its students. It definitely aces other colleges when it comes to extra-curricular activities, in order to help the students grow and contribute to their holistic development in each and every way.Read Full Review
