JRU Ranchi has a placement cell named as Career Management Cell that is very active and vigorous throughout the year for its students. The cell helps students by offering guidance as well as resources so they can develop the abilities that are needed to be employed in the workplace. All the final-year students get support from the placement cell. The CMC tries to maintain its bonds with renowned companies from all over the country for placing the students with the best recruiters. The main goal of the cell is to guide individuals in choosing the ideal job by providing them with the education, skills, as well as ability needed to meet the industry in terms of manpower needs. The cell organizes mock PI, GD, job fairs, alumni interactions, and many more such activities for the students. The cell has been successful in placing its students in worthwhile places at numerous organizations, businesses, and enterprises with a solid reputation both domestically and internationally.

Jharkhand Rai University's infrastructure is thoughtfully constructed and supports a wide variety of facilities for students, as well as professors and staff members. The university is spread over an area of 7 acres of land and the university is also building a campus of 20 acres on a different spot for the students to offer quality facilities to them. Classrooms: The University has well-ventilated classrooms that offer students a supportive setting that is ideal for concentration and studying. All of the classes have thoughtfully created seating layouts.

Conference halls: The University frequently hosts domestic as well as international meetings, lectures, and conferences on-site in an attempt to make their students competent. They have conference rooms that are installed with all the aids and were created expressly to conduct these kinds of meetings.

Language Lab: it is considered essential in helping the students improve overall communication abilities, which improves their chances of success during the recruitment processes at the university. Additionally, it aids in effective classroom management and ensures that students have ample opportunity to practice and improve their communication and listening abilities.

IT Infrastructure: The computer lab at the university is spread over an area of 3000 square feet and is well-furnished which provides access to the Internet. Laboratories: At Jharkhand Rai University there are numerous laboratories to which students have access to practice theoretical studies in the form of practical. Library: The library of the university is spread over an area of 8000 sq. ft. and has a collection of over 25k books. The library is considered as the energy provider of the university in terms of knowledge.

Hostel Facilities: The hostels of the university can accommodate more than 3000 boys and 1200 girls at a single time. The hostels provide a separate study area of around 4000 sq ft for the students and this place provides with positive vibes and an environment to study. The hostels also have small tuck shops for serving to the basic needs of the students from snacks to other daily needs items.

Mess: Mess provides a place where students can enjoy their meals as well as spend some leisure time with their friends. The mess provides with healthy and nutritious food for the students of the university. The mess of the university is spacious enough to hold around 800 students at a time to provide them with their comfort foods. And the food provided at the mess is high in quality at cheap rates which makes it accessible for all the sectors of the society, thus each and every student at the university can afford the food.

Sports facilities: The University has facilities for games like cricket, volleyball, badminton, TT, carom, chess, and many more to offer to the students. They organize tournaments for various sports at the university to keep the students actively engaged in such activities.

Other facilities: The University has a dispensary to provide the students with medical assistance in case they need it at any hour of the time. And they even have a moot court that serves as the practice room for law students. The university even has a cafeteria that serves the students with snacks and beverages during small breaks in between their classes.
