I am from the department of Physics (Hons). Here, we have to take admission through online procedure by directly login through the college website and filling the admission form. After filling you’re required to provide the documents which are stated in the form itself and it's a very easy process for the admission. Here, the eligibility in B.Sc is to pass class XII in your respective stream like for pure Science you can choose any honors like Physics, Maths and Chemistry which you are good and confident in. Hence, talking about the college it is very famous, here Swami Vivekananda, Subhash Chandra Bose and many other famous personalities have also passed out. Scottish Church College provides lots of courses ranging from UG BA General and (Hons.) in subjects like History, Political Science, English, Philosophy & Bengali; B.Sc (Hons.) in Zoology, Botany, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Microbiology, Economics, Computer Science; B.Com and BBA. The admission portico is through the college website itself and is very easy to follow. A person with an average of 85% can get admission here though. There are also PG courses in Botany & Chemistry and a B.Ed course. It is one of the best colleges under Calcutta University with regards to the education standards.
