Nutan Maharashtra Institute of Engineering and Technology was formed in 2008. This is amongst the first private engineering colleges in India which was established by Nutan Maharashtra Vidya Prasarak Mandal. It was established with an objective of imparting technical education with global benchmarks to students of underprivileged areas of Maval around Talegaon.
