Punjab Engineering College is a well known and very reputed college. College provides very good placement opportunities and internship opportunities. But, the campus itself does not have modern infrastructure and classes are not air conditioned. The college has a great location and past. It is located in Chandigarh which provides a beautiful surrounding and atmosphere. Being a JEE student, You would always like to have a good college to complete your B.Tech degree. PEC, Chandigarh is considered better than even many NIT's and IIT's which made me choose this college. Though its NIRF ranking has gone down in past few years due to its bad infrastructure but still it has huge potential. Punjab Engineering College, has lot of prestige, and boasts a strong reputation. It is one of the top leading institutes for engineering. The admission procedure is through JEE Main, which is an elite examination. Overall, my experience after joining this institute is quite good and being located in Chandigarh, gives more exposure, and helps in the overall development.
