Sharda University BA+LLB Fees Structure 2025 & Admission Process, Greater Noida

Sharda University BA.LL.B (Hons) program provided through, Sharda School of Law, has its focus on experiential learning and development of various skills of the law students, by providing opportunities of summer internships, training through moot courts, guest lectures, case law based classes, group discussions, seminars, Supreme Court visits, and others.

In order to enhance the personal and professional skills of the students, Sharda University offers some study abroad programs and summer programs. It also provides an opportunity to pursue semester exchange programs through international universities.

Following are the minimum eligibility requirements which are to be fulfilled by the candidates who want to take admission into Sharda University BA.LL.B (Hons) Program:

Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT), is a single platform admission entrance test conducted by the Sharda University. Each discipline has a different SUAT Paper pattern. Following is the paper pattern of SUAT for BA.LL.B (Hons) program.

SUAT Paper/ Exam Pattern:

• Mode of SUAT Exam: Computer Based Online Test
• Total No. of Questions: 150
• Exam Duration: 90 Minutes
• Question Type: Objective Type
• Negative Marking: Not Applicable

Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility requirement prescribed for Sharda University BA.LL.B (Hons) program, can apply for admissions into this program. Students are required to follow the admission process, as given below:

Step 1: Registration Process

• Visit, https://www.sharda.ac.in/apply, to access the registration form.
• Enter your name & valid email id.
• Select the discipline & program, in which you want an admission.
• Enter other details & valid mobile number.
• Verify the contact information, through OTP.
• Submit the form.
• After successful registration the candidate will receive a system generated Unique ID & Password on their registered email.
• Candidates can access the application form by logging through the ID & Password.
• Submit the application form after payment of application fee.

 Step 2: Appear for Entrance Exam

• After submitting the application form the candidate will have to login again.
•  Select the test centre, test city, test date, and time slot, as per the choice.
• Appear for SUAT, on the prescribed date & time.

*Candidates who are merit holders in any National/ State level test, or have a valid scorecard of CLAT/ LSAT, are exempted from SUAT, for admissions, into BA.LL.B (Hons). Such candidates are provided direct admissions.

Step 3: Selection process

Once the exam is conducted, results of the candidates are shared with the university. A Personal Interview Process is carried out for the candidates who qualify the entrance exam at regional offices and conducted by the university.

The candidates, who qualify the interview, will be provided a provisional admission into the university.

• 10^th Mark Sheet (Photocopy).
• 10+2 Mark Sheet (Photocopy).
• Photocopy of score card of entrance exam, except for SUAT (If applicable).
• Photocopy of ID Proof (Aadhaar Card/ Pan Card/ School Certificate).
• Registration Payment Receipt (Original).
• 3 Passport size photographs.

Sharda University provides scholarships to the students pursuing BA.LL.B (Hons) program, on the basis of CLAT/ LSAT percentile. To encourage the students, and to provide financial assistance to the meritorious students, scholarships are provided in a form of tuition fees waiver.

Apart from these some other scholarships are also provided by the university to support the students, for their higher studies.

Graduation under BA.LL.B (Hons) course, demands a practical experience for professional growth of the students. For this purpose, Sharda University provides internship and placement opportunities to the students.

Through the skill development programs, guest lectures, alumni interactions, seminars, national & international moot courts, conferences, workshops, essay writing competitions, symposiums etc. students get exposure to the practical implementation of their knowledge in the legal field.

Students are placed with various renowned law firms and organisations, such as: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., National Green Tribunal, National Human Rights Commission, DSK Legal, Khurana & Khurana, UnitedLex, Delhi State Legal Services Authority, etc.
