Founded by M.S. Ramaiah, the Ramaiah College of Law was founded with the aim of establishing a center of knowledge that provides education in the area of legal studies. The institute was incepted in the year 1995 under the Gokula Education Foundation. A healthy learning atmosphere is offered to the students so they can mould themselves into competent graduates. The Karnataka State Law University has granted affiliation to MSRCL. MS Ramaiah Law College ranking has consistently been amongst the top law colleges not only in South India but also in the country. India Today, in its survey of ‘India’s Best Colleges 2017: Law’ ranked MSRCL 16th and Outlook India accorded the 12th rank to the school in its listing of “Top 25 Law Colleges in 2017”. This Bangalore-based law school has signed MOUs with NLSIU and Surana & Surana International Attorney, Chennai and has a partnership with Karnataka State Legal Services Authority.
