MSRLC’s BBA LLB program is a fulltime, 5-year course that enables the students to earn a two-in-one certification. Students attend classes and receive practical training for the BBA course in the first 3 years. In the last 2 years, they study a stipulate number of law related subjects and topics.
The syllabus of the BBA course comprises foundation, core, and elective subjects. Some of these subjects include micro and macro economics, business economics, business organization, business law, marketing & operations research, industrial relations and labor legislation.
The BA LLB course is the flagship program of this law college with an academic schedule of 5 years. B.A. LLB is an integrated or dual degree program that leads to the student receiving two certificates-one for Bachelor of Arts and the other for Baccalaureate in Law. During the study period, the students receive a solid grounding on different aspects of administrative law.
The student spends the first six semesters (equivalent to 3 years) studying B. A. subjects and in the final two years, they focus on law topics. Some of the subjects that students cover in the B.A. LL.B program include legal method, law of contract, family law, law of crimes, constitutional law, and business law. For earning the B.A. degree, the learners have to complete some specific arts subjects like language, literature, political science, history, sociology, economics, and so on.
The B. Com LL.B program, like the above two undergraduate programs, is also an integrated course with a 5-year academic schedule. Students selected for this undergraduate course receive a dual certification following successful completion of the program. The candidates complete the B. Com syllabus in three years and the LLB curriculum in the final two years.
Some of the subjects and topics on which students gain knowledge include legal methods, tort law, business organization and management, financial accounting, jurisprudence, constitutional law, corporate law, penology, victimology, and international criminal law.
Besides the aforementioned graduate programs, MSRLC also offers a ‘certificate course in human rights law’ and ‘PG diploma in cyber law & information technology’. MS Ramaiah Law College Fees is kept low so that quality education can be provided at affordable cost.
In order to qualify for any of the above undergraduate or certificate law courses, the student should have cleared PUC/10+2/SSLCC from an approved university. At the same time, the student should have obtained a minimum of 45% in aggregate in the final exam of PUC/10+2/SSLCC.
